Website Pages

Start with symptoms, not page types. The question is where the customer has to guess before deciding what to do next.

Homepage Symptom: the opening line could describe any business.

Score this when the first screen says quality, reliable, full-service, or family-owned but does not say the job, customer, area, and next step.

Service page Symptom: the page lists services but does not help someone choose.

Score this when a customer still has to call to learn fit, timing, minimums, process, or proof.

Contact path Symptom: the customer can submit, but does not know what happens next.

Score this when the phone number, response time, form destination, or intake instructions are unclear.

Proof Symptom: trust evidence is present but too far from the decision.

Score this when reviews, photos, insurance notes, or examples sit in a footer instead of near the call or form.
